TRUSTEE
Andy McManus leads two Baptist churches in Lincolnshire. He studied Theology at Mattersey Hall Bible college, where he met Dave Garrard and Anne Dyer, who introduced him to CAM International. Feeling strongly called to get involved, he later became a Trustee and has found the role both meaningful and rewarding.
Before entering ministry, Andy served for 30 years in the Police, gaining extensive leadership experience. This included training Inspectors at Hendon in leadership, diversity, business models, and conflict resolution.
Andy is married and has four children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include motorcycling, reading, and supporting Arsenal F.C.
